5. Products & Services Certain products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit sales to any person or region (United States and Switzerland), restrict or cancel orders, and discontinue products at any time. Products are sold as described on the respective product pages.
6. Billing & Account Information We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Customers must provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information. If an order is delivered to the provided address but not received due to incorrect customer-provided details, Gerrano is not liable for refund or replacement.
7. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping Region: United States and Switzerland
- Shipping is free on all orders
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
- Products are shipped from international partner warehouses (United States, Europe, or Asia)
- Estimated delivery time: 4–10 business days after processing; delays may occur
- All orders include tracking
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is marked as "delivered"
- For orders shipped to Switzerland, customs fees or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer
- Delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors are outside our control
8. Returns & Refunds Customers have 30 days from delivery to request a return. This applies to all orders shipped to the United States and Switzerland. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Hygienically sealed products may only be returned unopened. To initiate a return, contact: info@gerrano.com. After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit within 5 business days. Return shipping costs and any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
9. Optional Tools We may provide access to third-party tools "as is" without warranties. Use is at your own risk.
10. Third-Party Links We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services linked on our site.

20. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the canton of Solothurn, Switzerland, for Swiss customers, and by applicable federal and state laws for customers in the United States.
21. Disputes & Chargebacks If you experience any issue, please contact us first at info@gerrano.com so we can resolve the matter promptly. If a chargeback is filed after fulfillment or delivery confirmation, the customer remains responsible for the full transaction amount and any associated payment processing fees. If an unpaid balance remains unresolved, we reserve the right to pursue recovery through appropriate legal channels.
22. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
