Gerrano ships to the United States and Switzerland.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

4–10 business days

In some cases, delivery may take longer due to high demand, holidays, or carrier delays.

We ship via international carriers including USPS, DHL, and similar services depending on your location.

Every order includes a tracking number.

A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Orders are fulfilled from international partner warehouses depending on product availability.

Fulfillment centers may be located in the United States, Europe, or Asia.

For orders shipped to Switzerland, customs fees or import duties may apply upon arrival.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Once an order is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, Gerrano is not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
• Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Gerrano cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Delays may occur due to:

• Customs processing
• Carrier issues
• Weather conditions
• High order volumes
