Common questions

When is my card charged?
Your card is charged immediately when you place your order. You'll receive an order confirmation email right after the payment is processed.
What currency are payments processed in?
All payments are processed in US Dollars (USD). If you're paying with a card from a different currency, your bank will handle the conversion at their current exchange rate.
Is my payment information saved for future purchases?
No — Gerrano never stores your payment details. If you choose Shop Pay, your information is securely saved by Shopify (not us) for one-tap checkout in the future. You can manage these settings directly in your Shop Pay account.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment fails, no charge is made and no order is created. Common causes include insufficient funds, incorrect card details, or your bank blocking the transaction. Try again or use a different payment method, or contact your bank for clarification.
Can I get a receipt or invoice?
Yes. After every successful order, you'll automatically receive an order confirmation email containing all the details and pricing. If you need an additional invoice for accounting purposes, contact us at info@gerrano.com.
