How to Return — 4 Easy Steps

Get instructions Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with the return shipping address and instructions.

Ship it back Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it via a tracked shipping service.

Get refunded Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5 business days.
Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

The return window starts the day your package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier. Returns initiated after the 30-day window cannot be accepted.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories
  • Hygienically sealed products must be unopened with seal intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Not eligible: Used items, items damaged by the customer, items missing original packaging, returns after the 30-day window, final sale items, or gift cards.

Return Shipping Costs
Defective or wrong item Gerrano covers all return shipping costs.
Change of mind The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns from Switzerland The customer is responsible for any customs fees or import duties on the return shipment.
Refund Method

Refunds are issued in one of two ways — your choice:

  • To your original payment method (default option)
  • As store credit, issued as a discount code for your next purchase

Refunds are always processed in the original currency of the purchase. Indicate your preference when initiating your return.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund is processed within 5 business days.

After we issue the refund, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment provider:

  • Credit/debit cards: 5–10 business days
  • PayPal: 1–3 business days
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay: 5–10 business days
  • Store credit: Issued immediately
Exchanges

Prefer a different size or color? We offer free exchanges for orders shipped to the United States and Switzerland.

The replacement item is shipped once the returned product has been received and inspected. Exchanges are subject to availability — if the replacement is unavailable, we'll issue a refund instead.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@gerrano.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — including original and return shipping — at our discretion.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been dispatched.

Email info@gerrano.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it must be returned through the standard return process.

Return Processing Time

Please allow up to 10 business days from the date you ship your return for it to be received and processed by our team. Processing time varies by location and shipping carrier.

You'll receive email updates at every stage:

  • Confirmation when we receive your return
  • Inspection result (approval or rejection)
  • Refund confirmation when issued
