SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Gerrano. This Shipping Policy explains how, when, and where we ship our products. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@gerrano.com before placing your order.
1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Gerrano currently ships to the following countries:
- United States (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii)
- Switzerland
We do not currently ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, US territories outside of the 50 states, or any country not listed above. If your country is not listed, we are unable to fulfill your order at this time.
2. SHIPPING COST
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. There are no additional handling fees, surcharges, or hidden costs added at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.
3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
After the order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 4 to 10 business days. Total time from order placement to delivery is therefore approximately 5 to 12 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may take longer due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to high order volumes during peak seasons, public holidays, severe weather conditions, or delays at customs.
5. SHIPPING METHOD AND CARRIERS
We ship via established international carriers, including but not limited to:
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- DHL
- UPS
- Other regional carriers depending on the destination and product
The specific carrier used for your order is selected based on your shipping address and product availability. The selected carrier will be visible in your shipping confirmation email.
6. ORDER TRACKING
Every order includes a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@gerrano.com.
7. SHIPPING ORIGIN AND FULFILLMENT
Orders are fulfilled from international partner warehouses depending on product availability and your shipping destination. Our fulfillment centers are located in the United States, Europe, and Asia.
Some products may be shipped from outside the destination country. The country of origin will be visible on your shipping confirmation and tracking page where applicable.
8. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES
Orders shipped within the United States: No customs fees, duties, or import taxes apply.
Orders shipped to Switzerland: Customs fees, import duties, or VAT may be charged upon arrival by Swiss authorities. These charges are determined by local authorities, are not included in the product price or shipping cost, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Gerrano has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order if you have questions about import fees.
9. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION AND LOST PACKAGES
Once an order is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, Gerrano is no longer responsible for the package. We are not liable for:
- Packages reported as delivered but not received by the customer
- Packages stolen or lost after delivery confirmation
- Packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer at checkout
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received the package, please first check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office. If the package cannot be located, contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
10. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Please review your address carefully before completing your order.
Gerrano cannot offer refunds, replacements, or re-shipments for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; additional shipping fees may apply in such cases.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@gerrano.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
11. SHIPPING DELAYS
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
- Customs and import processing
- Carrier operational issues or strikes
- Severe weather conditions and natural disasters
- Public holidays and peak shopping seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas)
- High order volumes
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
These factors are outside of Gerrano's control. We will not issue refunds for delayed orders unless the delay exceeds 30 business days from the date of dispatch, in which case the order may be considered lost (see section 12).
12. LOST PACKAGES
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch and tracking shows no recent activity, please contact us at info@gerrano.com. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, offer either a full refund or a free replacement at our discretion.
13. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@gerrano.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the damage or defect
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.
14. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Gerrano reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
