Gerrano accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for orders shipped to the United States and Switzerland. To initiate a return, contact us at info@gerrano.com.
Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Return Requirements
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Hygienically sealed products may only be returned unopened
- Items returned after the 30-day window, used items, customer-damaged items, or items missing original packaging are not eligible for return
How to Return
- Email info@gerrano.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond with return instructions within 1–2 business days
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days
Refund Method Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit — your choice. Refunds are processed in the original currency of the purchase.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or incorrect items: Gerrano covers return shipping costs
- All other returns: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Returns from Switzerland: The customer is responsible for any customs or import fees associated with the return shipment
Exchange If you prefer an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped once the returned product has been received and inspected.
Processing Time Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be received and processed, depending on your location and carrier.
